R. Craig Miller

Craig Miller has been a partner of Miller Wilkins & Associates since 1997. Craig has been appraising since 1983 and has held a Certified Residential Appraiser's license in the State of Ohio since 1996. Craig's expertise is in the valuation of residential single family and two to four family properties, specializing in relocation, mortgage, FHA, tax appeal and estate settlement appraisals.

Shaun Wilkins has been a partner of Miller Wilkins & Associates since 1997. He has been appraising since 1987, obtained his MAI (Member, Appraisal Institute) designation in May 1992 and his CCIM (Member, Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute) in September 1994. Shaun is licensed as a Certified General Appraiser in the State of Ohio and the State of Kentucky and has worked on temporary licensure throughout the country. Shaun's expertise is in commercial real estate appraisal and consulting, specializing in comprehensive valuation and market analysis.
